The city was turned into a warzone yesterday, as gunfire and heavy weapons cut through the streets. Several unknown men using military style weapons opened fire on a crowded street near the end of the Labor Day parade.
Early reports seem to indicate that Senator Carlson-Kane’s youngest daughter, Veronica Carslon-Kane, was the target of a brutal kidnapping. With her car destroyed by a rocket-propelled grenade, the young girl and her Secret Service bodyguard were unable to flee the danger zone.
Her bodyguard, thirty-five year old Fetch Wilson, was shot numerous times while attempting to protect his fourteen year old charge.
Two Arkham Metro Police Officers were cut down, one surviving her initial injuries for four hours before dying on the surgery table at Kingdom Hospital.
One other officer was severely injured, as were five civilians in the same area.
